Pune-based Mahesh Nagari Multi-State Credit Co-operative Society held its 27th Annual General Meeting recently at Sukh Sagar Nagar, announcing a 9% dividend for members for the 2024-25 financial year.
The meeting was chaired by the Society’s President, Rajesh Rathi, while CEO Magraj Rathi presented the annual financial report. According to the report, the Society’s total deposits stood at Rs 203.13 crore, and loans disbursed reached Rs 121.28 crore during the year.
For the financial year 2024-25, the Society earned a profit of Rs 1.77 crore, taking the total business to Rs 325 crore. As of March 31, 2025, the Society’s reserve fund stood at Rs 24.51 crore, while its share capital was Rs 3.41 crore.
Speaking at the event, President Rathi highlighted that the Society continues to maintain strong financial health while prioritizing the economic well-being of its members. “Our focus remains on member welfare and sustainable growth, and we are committed to further expanding both our business and the benefits for our members,” he said.
