Tripura-based Gomati Cooperative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd. (GCMPUL) convened a meeting with its Vehicle Team to chalk out strategies for strengthening the delivery of dairy products and improving the procurement process of milk from Milk Producer Cooperatives (MPCs).
Key discussions focused on optimizing delivery routes for faster and more efficient distribution, ensuring timely supply of products to meet market demand, and enhancing coordination with MPCs for consistent milk collection.
The team also reviewed challenges in logistics and explored practical solutions to address them.
According to GCMPUL, this initiative aims to enhance supply chain efficiency while extending stronger support to local dairy farmers.
