I had applied for registration of Multi State Co-Op Soc. for my client. All the requirements were complied with except a Bankers certificate. But the bankers refused to open the account of society without the registration of the society. Hence the option of Certificate is not complied with
Kindly advise how the Registrar will do the needful in it

Opening Bank Account is a pre-condition for registration of a Cooperative Society as per Rule 3(1)(c) of the Multi State Cooperative Societies Rules 2002.
Every Cooperative Bank must have complied with this at the time of its registration. So approach the Cooperative Bank with the letter of the Central Registrar reserving the name of and account will be opened.
