Agrasen Cooperative Urban Bank, one of the fastest-growing UCBs in Telangana, has crossed a business mix of over Rs 1,000 crore as on March 31, 2025, posting a profit of Rs 8.91 crore. The bank’s performance has been strong across all financial parameters, reflecting consistent growth under the leadership of Chairman Pramod Kedia.

At its recently concluded AGM, the bank declared a 15% dividend for shareholders.

Addressing the meeting, Chairman Kedia highlighted the bank’s rapid expansion, including the inauguration of three new branches at Attapur, Banjara Hills, and Himayatnagar in March 2025, followed by new branches at Ameerpet (July 27) and Gaganpahad (August 3). Two more branches, at Kukatpally and Madhapur, are expected to open shortly.

The bank also inaugurated four new ATMs at Siddiamber Bazar, Malakpet, Ameerpet, and Gaganpahad, taking its network to 11 branches by year-end, with one more FSWM branch planned.

Financial highlights for FY 2024–25 include deposits of Rs 603.29 crore, advances of Rs 409.27 crore, reserves of Rs 64.48 crore, and a CRAR of 19.88%, well above RBI norms.

Notably, Gross NPAs were reduced to 6.52% from 7.81% last year, while PAT rose to Rs 8.91 crore. The bank now targets Rs 1,200 crore business by March 2026.
