In a motivating session held on Monday, IFFCO Managing Director Dr. U.S. Awasthi interacted with the second batch of newly recruited Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) at IFFCO Sadan, Delhi.
The interaction was marked by energy, optimism, and a strong sense of commitment from the young engineers eager to contribute to the cooperative movement.
During the session, Dr. Awasthi encouraged the trainees to uphold the values of cooperation, innovation, and service to farmers. He emphasized the crucial role that engineers play in advancing IFFCO’s mission of sustainable agriculture and technological excellence in the fertiliser sector.
The interaction was also attended by senior officials from IFFCO’s HR and Training departments, who briefed the trainees on career growth opportunities and the importance of cooperative principles in their work.
Dr. Awasthi extended his best wishes to all the trainees and expressed confidence in their potential to become future leaders of India’s cooperative and agricultural transformation.
