To celebrate the International Year of Cooperatives 2025, the Telangana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd. (TSCAB) held a Walkathon on Sunday, promoting awareness of cooperatives’ role in economic and community development.
Flagged off by Bank President Marneni Ravindar Rao, the event began at 7:00 AM from the bank’s head office, proceeded to Nampally, and returned to its starting point. Y. Krishna Rao, Managing Director, emphasized the walkathon’s aim to highlight cooperative banks’ contributions to public welfare.
B. Uday Bhaskar, CGM, NABARD, praised the initiative for fostering solidarity and inclusive growth through cooperative values.
