A viral video allegedly showing alcohol consumption inside the District Cooperative Bank (DCCB) office in Raebareli has triggered widespread outrage and swift action from authorities.
The video, shared on social media, shows individuals engaging in inappropriate behavior within the bank premises, raising serious concerns about the misuse of government office space.
In response to the public outcry, the District Cooperative Bank has come under scrutiny, and a three-member inquiry committee has been constituted to investigate the incident.
The committee includes Anil Kumar Yadav (Pramukh) as Chairman, Satyendra Narayan Anumanth Adhikari (Prantiya) as Member, and Lal Narayan Anumanth Adhikari (Kshetriya) as Member.
As per the official order, the committee has been directed to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter and submit a report with findings and recommendations within three working days.
The administration has emphasized the seriousness of the allegations and reiterated its commitment to upholding the dignity and integrity of public institutions. Strict action is expected against anyone found guilty of defaming the bank’s image.
