KSSFCL trains staffs in Skills & Ethics; Sri RK Ashram President inaugurates

Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd. (KSSFCL) organized a three-day Skill Development and Professional Development training program for its employees from May 9 to 11, 2025, at the Ramakrishna Institute of Moral and Spiritual Education (RIMSE), Mysuru.

The event was inaugurated on May 9 by Muktidanandaji, president of Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, who lit the ceremonial lamp and spoke on the importance of cooperation and harmony in both personal and professional life. He highlighted that working with honesty and mutual respect leads to institutional growth and a more cohesive society.

The training was presided over by G. Nanjana Gowda, president of KSSFCL, and included participation from C. N. Parashivamurthy, retired additional registrar of cooperative societies; Mahamedhananda Swamiji, coordinator of RIMSE; Manjunath S. K., director of KSSFCL; H. V. Rajeev, member of the KSSFCL Education Committee and president of Mysuru District Union; Gagana K., deputy registrar and presiding officer of Davapanchayat Nyayalaya; and Veerendra, additional registrar of cooperative societies.

Managing director of KSSFCL, Sharanagouda G. Patil, delivered the preamble speech. Guruprasad Bangera, Mysuru division officer, welcomed the guests, and Rajshekar Hugar, assistant general manager, gave the vote of thanks. The opening prayer was performed by Divya T.

Speaking at the event, H. V. Rajeev emphasized the need for employees to be informed about legal changes and to approach the cooperative department for resolution of issues to ensure the smooth functioning of the society.

G. Nanjana Gowda reiterated the importance of regular training for staff and encouraged the use of modern technology and adherence to ethical principles. He likened the organization to a mother figure and urged employees to treat it with respect and commitment.

The program featured lectures from experts across various fields, including C. N. Parashivamurthy, Mahendra Kumar, Raghunandan K , S. R. Ramananda , M. S. Raghu, Chetan H, K. Anantharamu, Guruswamy, and D. T. Ramanujam.

A total of 130 employees participated in the training, gaining insights into cooperative values, legal frameworks, and skill enhancement techniques vital for their personal growth and organizational development.
