Delhi Cooperation Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh chaired a review meeting with officials of Delhi Consumers Cooperative Wholesale Store Ltd. (DCCWS) on Friday.
He urged DCCWS to ensure affordable essential goods and promote employment through its outlets. Stressing Union Minister Amit Shah’s vision of “Self-Reliance through Cooperation,” Singh called for continuous strengthening of cooperatives.
He proposed opening stationery outlets in schools and colleges on government land to expand DCCWS operations.
The move supports the Delhi government’s broader aim to build cost-effective supply chains and empower communities, benefiting both consumers and job seekers across the Capital.
