The LINAC  Regional Training Centre (RTC) Thiruvananthapuram, an arm of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), successfully organized the 7th edition of the one-day Physical Training Programme on “Project Management and Monitoring for FPO Cooperatives” at the State Agriculture Management Extension Training Institute.

The training brought together 29 participants, including 20 Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) members and 9 CBBO officials from across Kerala, aiming to enhance their expertise in cooperative management. The insightful sessions were led by Dr. Reshmi and Dr. Anjana from the Institute of Cooperative Management, Poojapura, focusing on project planning and monitoring strategies.

This initiative is part of LINAC RTC’s continuous efforts to empower and strengthen FPOs. By equipping stakeholders with essential skills, the program aligns with the vision of the International Year of Cooperatives, fostering sustainable and resilient cooperative enterprises.

With such initiatives, LINAC RTC remains committed to driving growth and sustainability in the agricultural cooperative sector, ensuring stronger and more efficient FPOs for the future.
