Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society (ULCCS) has launched U-Sphere, a futuristic, high-tech, and eco-friendly construction venture, marking its 100th anniversary.
U-Sphere focuses on advanced, pre-engineered, precision-built structures, enabling faster construction than conventional methods. As Asia’s largest labour cooperative, ULCCS aims to lead next-gen infrastructure with modular, sustainable techniques.
Expanding into Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, ULCCS targets Rs 2,000 crore in public, commercial, and industrial projects while adding 1,000 employees in five years.
Chairman Rameshan Paleri emphasized U-Sphere’s role in advancing smart, sustainable construction and job creation.
