The NCUI Coop Connect Division organized a 1-day awareness programme on cooperatives for students of the Institute of Technology & Science (ITS), Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, on December 12, 2024.
In the introductory session, Rajeev Sharma, Executive Director (Coop Connect), discussed the cooperative business model and NCUI’s recent initiatives, urging students to follow the Ministry of Cooperation and NCUI’s social media platforms.
Sanjay Verma, Advisor (PR/Pub), shared insights on entrepreneurship and career opportunities in cooperatives. The students also visited NCUI Haat to explore products made by Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and cooperatives.
The programme concluded with a valedictory function, where students were awarded certificates of participation.
