The IR & HR department of IFFCO has been honored with the AIOE National Award for Outstanding Industrial Relations 2023-24 in the category of Large Enterprise – Manufacturing Sector.
IFFCO’s Managing Director congratulated the team on this remarkable achievement and encouraged them to continue their excellent work. It is noteworthy that RP Singh, a Functional Director at IFFCO, heads both the HR and Legal departments of the cooperative giant.
The AIOE National Award for Outstanding Industrial Relations, an initiative by an allied body of FICCI, recognizes organizations with exemplary industrial relations practices. The award celebrates innovative approaches that foster a harmonious workplace and strong industrial relations.
Some of the past recipients of this prestigious award include ITC PSPD, Reliance Industries Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., DCM Shriram Ltd., and BHEL.
