Hyderabad-based Adarsh Cooperative Urban Bank has inaugurated its 27th branch at Thukkuguda in K.V. Rangareddy District, Telangana last week. The new branch was inaugurated by Mrs. Hemalatha Raju Goud, Chairperson of the Thukkuguda Municipal Corporation.

Expressing her delight at the event, the chief guest praised the bank’s steady progress and its efforts in catering to the needs of small traders, manufacturers, and businesspeople. She emphasized the bank’s role in fostering economic development within the local community.

Nafcub Board Member and Chairman of the bank, G. Madana Gopala Swamy, highlighted the Reserve Bank of India’s continuous support to the institution. Addressing the gathering, he shared the bank’s commitment to extending loans to the MSME segment and introduced the recently launched Loan Origination System (LOS). The system promises to streamline loan processing, making it faster and hassle-free for customers.

With an extensive network of 27 branches and 53 ATMs, Adarsh Cooperative Urban Bank serves customers across six districts: Hyderabad, K.V. Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Mahabubnagar, Sangareddy, and Vikarabad.

Looking ahead, the bank has ambitious plans to expand its footprint further, with eight new branches scheduled to open by the end of the financial year 2024-25
