In a meeting held on Wednesday, Union Ministry of Cooperation Secretary Ashish Bhutani reviewed the preparations for the upcoming General Assembly and Global Conference of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), scheduled to be held in New Delhi.
The meeting was attended by the Ministry’s senior officials and also by IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi.
The prestigious event, scheduled to take place in New Delhi from 25th November 2024, is expected to gather cooperative leaders from across the globe.
During the meeting, discussions focused on the progress of activities and logistical arrangements to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the conference.
During the meeting, IFFCO officials assured the Secretary that all necessary measures are being taken to make the event a grand success.
The ICA Global Cooperative Conference is set to be a major milestone in promoting international cooperative collaboration and showcasing India’s leadership in the sector.
