CA Milind Kale, Chairman of The Cosmos Cooperative Bank Ltd., received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from Banking Frontiers during a ceremony held in Lucknow.
The award was presented by Mr. Laxmi Dass, President of the National Federation of Urban Cooperative Banks and Credit Societies Ltd. (NAFCUB), in recognition of Kale’s outstanding contributions to the cooperative sector.
CA Kale, who has served as Chairman of Cosmos Bank since 2014, also holds roles as Vice Chairman of Chartered Accountants in Cooperative Banks (CACOB), Co-opted Member of the Board of Directors of The Maharashtra Urban Cooperative Federation, and Director of Cooperative Banks of India, New Delhi.
Under his leadership, Cosmos Bank reached a business milestone of Rs. 35,000 crore in March 2024, with a record net profit of Rs. 384 crore.
In addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award, Cosmos Bank was recognized with several other honours, including awards for Best MIS Analytics, Best SOC Initiative, Best HR Innovation, and Best AML & KYC.
