The apex body- NCUI training arm NCCE organized a three-day Leadership Development Program (LDP) for Chairpersons and Directors of Housing Cooperatives from July 24th to 26th, 2024.
The program witnessed participation of 63 representatives from various states across India.
The inaugural function held on 24th July, was graced by Savitri Singh, Deputy Chief Executive, NCUI, who addressed the participants and outlined the program’s structure.
N. S. Mehra, Managing Director of the National Cooperative Housing Federation (NCHF), applauded NCUI’s initiative and came up with a thought-provoking presentation during the inaugural function.
Dr. Shrija Sinha, Research Officer, NCUI took a session on Cooperative Philosophy, Values & Principles. Lalit Goyal, Regional Manager, National Housing Bank (NHB), discussed the role of NHB in promoting affordable housing.
Pankaj Gupta, Dy. Chief (I&D) BMTPC took an exclusive session on New Construction Technologies promoted by BMTC and cost-effective building material and technology.
Dipti Yadav, Dy Director & Course Coordinator, who earlier explained the significance of the program, moved a vote of thanks on this occasion.
