The Cooperative Election Authority announced the election program for the election of the board of directors of the fourth largest urban cooperative bank of India-TJSB Sahakari Bank. The election would be held on 10th December 2024.
The election authority appointed the District Collector, Thane, as the returning officer for conducting the elections of the bank.
According to the election program, the publication of the final list of members would be published on 25th November 2024 whereas candidates can file their nomination papers between 26th November to 30th November 2024.
The final list of nominations received will be made public on 30th November 2024. The scrutiny and withdrawal of nominations will take place on 2nd December 2024 and 4th December 2024 respectively.
The elections will be held on 10th December 2024 and counting of votes & declaration of results will take place on 12th December 2024.
Besides, the elections of Chairman and Vice-Chairman will be held on 13th December 2024.
The bank’s business crossed more than Rs 22,000 crore and earned a net profit of Rs 216 crore in the 2023-24 FY, registering a growth of 25.41 percent over the previous year.
