On March 11, 2024, the NCUI organized a one-day agricultural study tour as part of the Cooperative Regional Project in Baghpat. The program focused on educating farmers about nature farming and organic farming at the Agricultural Science Center, Khekada, Baghpat.
The event saw the presence of key figures such as Dr. Lakshmikant, Director of the Agricultural Science Center, Dr. Shivam Singh, Agricultural Scientist, Dr. Vikas Malik, and Dr. Amit Chaudhary.
Dr. Anita Yadav and Ankit Negi, Assistant Development Officers from the Agriculture Department, provided insights into various ongoing schemes, while agricultural scientists also briefed participants.
Additionally, all 40 participants were briefed extensively on various programs being conducted under the project by Project Officer Manish Sharma and Cooperative Education Director Brijesh Kumar.
