Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd. (KSSFCL) orchestrated an enlightening one-day training session delving into the “Role of Board of Directors in the development of Society” and the “Duties and Responsibilities of Board of Directors” tailored for Presidents, Vice Presidents, and directors representing Maski and Lingasagur Talukas souharda cooperatives.
Under the aegis of KSSFCL, the program saw active participation from esteemed leaders and directors vested in the cooperative movement within the specified talukas.
Mr. Pratap Gowda Patil, a prominent figure in the region, and former MLA of Muski Vidhan Sabha Constituency, inaugurated the event, alongside other dignitaries sharing the stage. Notably, Mr. Patil also serves as the President of Sri Guru Ramalingeshwara Souharda Pattina Sahakari Ni., Muski.
The program received a distinguished chief guest, Sri H Kumarappa, President of Radder Pattina Souharda Sahakari Sangha Ni., who added depth to the discussions with his insights.
Delivering a thought-provoking lecture, Sri B V. Rabindranath, a respected Chartered Accountant from Sagar, contributed to the intellectual discourse surrounding the roles and responsibilities of board members.
A notable turnout of 110 participants actively engaged in the training program, showcasing the commitment of the cooperative community towards fostering growth and development within their societies.
