After addressing the review meeting of the MDs of Central Cooperative Banks of Rajasthan, the state cooperation minister Gautam Kumar Dak took the meeting of Land and Development Cooperative Banks of Rajasthan.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of Rajasthan State Cooperative Bank on Tuesday in which Cooperation Secretary Suchi Tyagi, Rajasthan ARDB MD Vijay Sharma and others were present.
In his address, Dak said, “A few years ago Primary Cooperative Land Development Banks were financially strong, but due to improper loan distribution the financial condition of these banks has deteriorated”.Dak said.
He said that loans should be recovered by regular monitoring at the field level. The loan recovery should be given priority and a general meeting should be held on time so that more and more eligible farmers can get loans through these banks, he noted.
