Female depositors of Mashel Mahila Co-operative Credit Society allege a whopping Rs 18 crore fraud, implicating directors and staff in financial malpractice. About 509 depositors are stuck with the deadlock, protesting at Azad Maidan in Panaji over alleged mismanagement.
