We have sent complaints letter on 18/6/2012 against Janata cooperative bank Lt. Pune to the election office.
We have not received any reply so far.
Janata Cooperative bank’s election was held in a completely illegal manner.
Old members ensured that their monopoly on all the posts of Managing Committee continues.
The declared election result was on predictable lines. About 90 per cent of old members of Janata Cooperative Bank, Pune got re-elected by using fraudulent means.
The hand-picked election officers were hand in glove and they favoured old members.
We request you to constitute an inquiry and appoint an Arbitrator in the Janata Co-op bank of Pune.
