In a bid to boost agricultural exports and empower farmers, the state’s Cooperative Export House (CEH) is facing a lacklustre response from traders and cooperatives.
Launched by Union Minister Amit Shah in February 2023, the facility, designed to streamline global market access, has seen only a few cooperatives actively participating.
To breathe new life into the initiative, Hafed, a key cooperative, is developing an app as a networking platform.
Plans include a quality testing lab, restaurant, and entertainment facilities, aiming to transform CEH into a model for agricultural endeavours nationwide.
