The cooperative commissioner of the government of Jammu & Kashmir appointed Rakesh Dubey as the Administrator of Jammu Central Cooperative Bank.
The letter of his appointment was signed by Yasha Mudgal, IAS, Cooperative Commissioner and released on 13th November 2023.
