Uttarakhand Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi’s daughter Neha Joshi has been included as the member of the National Women Committee of the apex body-NCUI recently.
NCUI President Dileep Sanghani has appointed her as a member of the committee. Perhaps, she is the only woman on the committee from Uttarakhand.
Joshi is the National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. Her primary education was from Dehradun. After this she graduated from Delhi University.
Neha has obtained a master’s degree in social work from Washington University, America. Neha has also been working for women empowerment in Uttarakhand for many years. She also worked as an advisor in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
It bears recall that the NCUI Women Committee has members such as Jeena Potsangbam from Manipur, Bhavana Gondaliya from Gujarat, Arti Bisaria from Madhya Pradesh, Sadhana Jadhav from Maharashtra and others.
