Jaipur Milk Producers Union, which sells its products under the brand’ Saras Dairy’ called a workshop in regard to preparing the Vision Document, 2030.
The meeting was attended by farmers, representatives from milk producers, and other board members of Jaipur Milk Producers Cooperative Union.
Talking to the Indian Cooperative correspondent, the Union Managing Director Kulraj Meena said that at present our total milk procurement is around 20 lakh litre but we are planning to double it by 2030. Besides, we are eying a government subsidy in setting up the plant.
It bears recalling that the Rajasthan government is preparing the ‘Vision Document 2030’ and consultations are going on with the people. In the document all sectors including cooperatives would be covered.
