According to the Hindu Businessline reports, All-India NABARD Employees Association (AINBEA) has sent a letter to Nabard to abandon directly recruiting Grade A officers and fill-up vacancies instead by promoting eligible people from Group B, except in highly technical jobs.
AINBEA letter says contractualisation of Group B and C jobs and casualisation at all levels should be stopped without delay.
Recruitments of Group B officers and filling up of vacancies in Grade A as per the agreement between the union and Nabard will give the much needed boost to the process of transformation in the countryside, reads the letter.
