In the 2022-23 financial year, Delhi based Indraprastha Sehkari Bank performed spectacularly on all the financial parameters and achieved a business mix of Rs 388 crore in the said FY.
The bank earned a profit to the tune of Rs 2.15 crore as on 31st March 2023. Earlier, i.e. in 2021-22, it was Rs 1.32 crore.
Besides, the deposits of the bank increased from Rs 243 crore (2021-22) to Rs 246 crore as of 31st March 2023 whereas advances of the bank rose from Rs 127 crore to Rs 142 crore.
The bank has five branches in the National Capital Region. The bank is also providing CBS, RTGS, NEFT facilities to its account holders and members.
Indraprastha Sehkari Bank Ltd has started its business on 01.10.1989 with one office in Delhi with a paid up capital of just Rs. 15,62,900 and 2666 members. However, the bank expanded further because of constant efforts made by Late Shri Tara Chand.
