Cosmos Cooperative Bank MD, Mrs. Apekshita Thipsay has been appointed as a Member of ‘Managing Committee of Indian Bank’s Association (IBA) representing Co-operative Banks’.
The said Managing Committee represents banks in the cooperative sector. This appointment was confirmed in the recently held Meeting of IBA and will be effective till the Annual General Meeting of the Association to be held in 2025.
Mrs. Thipsay is highly qualified having rich experience of more than 40 years in the cooperative banking sector, read a Cosmos Bank release.
She has been a part of the Cosmos Bank for the last 36 years and played a key role in supporting the growth trajectory of the Bank, it added.
For the last two years, she is the Managing Director of Cosmos Bank and the Bank has registered significant progress under her able leadership, the release concluded.
