K Ravinder Rao, Chairman of NAFSCOB who is also Chairman of Karimnagar DCCB and TSCAB opened the PACS HRD and Monitoring Cell at the DCCB main office in Karimnagar recently, reports Hindu Dayashankar.
It has been carried out as a consequence of the state government announcing uniform Human Resources (HR) policy for the employees of Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS).
It is said Telangana is the first state in the country to announce such an HR policy. In his remarks on this occasion, Rao urged the staff of the PACS HRD cell to keep good relations with the PACS and the farmers.
