Pioneer reports a couple of hundred of Assistant Managers and scores of System Managers have been appointed in different Central Cooperative Banks (CCBs) at the district level in Odisha recently.
Addressing an orientation program virtually, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said this would equip cooperative banks with qualified personnel and help them professionalize themselves.
The chief minister revealed that cooperative bodies provided more than fifty percent of the total crop loans given in Odisha.
