In the elections of Janata Sahakari Bank, Amravati (Maharashtra), the Janvikas panel led by the outgoing President of the bank Avinash Badukale won hands down.
The panel won all the 13 seats of the board of directors. The Janvikas panel defeated the Janata Sahakar Panel presided over by Dr. Pradeep Kuhade.
The bank has a network of 4 branches and areas of operation are in Amravati, Yawatmal, Akola, Wardha & Nagpur District.
In the 2021-22 FY, the bank deposits stood at Rs 67.82 crore whereas advances 46.07 crore. The gross NPA and Net NPA stood at 9.47% and 3.92% respectively.
