A news outlet reports the Cooperative Department of Jammu and Kashmir has issued NoC to Unati Multipurpose Multi State Cooperative Society Ltd. for operations across Jammu and Kashmir.
UNATI is expected to help the newly formed FPOs and cooperatives in JK in terms of market linkages, processing technical know-how and handholding.
The NoC was given to the cooperative by Cooperative Secretary Yasha Mudgal after months of discussions and deliberations, in the presence of Regional Director, NCDC, Col Ashish Mohan and RoC of J&K. On behalf of UMMCL, the NoC was received by its promoters Jyoti Saroop and Vikrant Dogra.
