More 3 acres of cultivable land is also available. More than 11000 tribals are also looking forward some support to reduce their poverty.

The question is how can the land / people be jointly engaged to create value for the people to make them self-sufficient?

Answer: An Agricultural cum rural industries cooperative society may be incorporated under the Orissa Self-Help Cooperatives Act, 2001, The 21000 members may be enrolled as members with a nominal value of Equity Share of Rupee 1 only CARRYING ONE MEMBER ONE VOTE .

Out of these members there be created another category of members with Non-Voting Shares to be issued from time to time, which entitle them to draw upon financial resources of the Society pro-rata such shares.

The Society should develop the land with elf help giving credit of Non-Voting shares (SWEAT EQUITY) thus create a financial base. This base can be pledged to have more resources from Co-operative Banks to be used to create more value through Agriculture/rural industrial activities.
