In a bid to strengthen cooperatives of Uttarakhand at the grassroots level, the State Cooperative Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat directed the cooperative department officials to do the inspection of cooperative societies working in the Garhwal and Kumaon divisions.
Uttarakhand Cooperative Federation Managing Director MP Tripathi last week inspected the Cooperative Durg Factory at Ranikhet and took the details from the employees.
On this occasion, officials were informed about problems coming in running the factory. Tripathy listened very patiently and assured the employees that the matter will be brought to the notice of the cooperative minister.
The UCF MD said that Hon’ble Cooperation Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat ji is serious about the problems of the factory. The State and Central Government is making continuous efforts for the production and distribution of Ayurvedic medicines. There is a great demand in the market.
