Addressing a cooperative event organized at the auditorium of Sahakar Bhawan, Lucknow, Additional Chief Secretary Navneet Sehgal stressed linking cooperatives with the technology for ensuring transparency in their work.
He further added that we should strengthen the UP’s cooperative movement on the lines of Gujarat and Maharashtra. The movement is not reaching far due to a lack of technology adoption in the work of co-ops, he said.
The event was organized by the Sahakar Bharati’s Uttar Pradesh unit. On this occasion, Sahakar Bharati UP Chapter Chief Narendra Upadhaya, Pravin Jadoun, Simply Desi Director Madhubala, and others were present.
The White Paper prepared by Sahakar Bharati and Policy watch Foundation on MSME, Digitization, and E-commerce was also released during the workshop.
