Agri co-operative NAFED signed an MoU with Govt of Sierra Leone for export of rice to the latter.
The MoU is for the export of 5 Lakh MT Rice under the G2G initiative.
This will strengthen bilateral relations b/w both countries, claimed Nafed sources.
Arrangements are being finalized for export of first supply of 1 LMT rice asap.
In a tweet through the official handle, NAFED thanked Sierra Leone Govt for showing confidence.
