In order to give impetus to Sahakar Bharati activities in Punjab, Satish Marathe, Founder Member Sahakar Bharti and Director of Reserve Bank of India recently visited Amritsar.
Marathe interacted with people working in various cooperative sectors in Punjab. Some of those who attended the meeting included Balramdas Baba, President Cooperative Indian Punjab, Shankar Dutt Tiwari Organization Head North Zone and Sardar Ajmer Singh Bhagpur.
Others included Dr. Ashok Sharma, Sardar Sukhwinder Singh, Dr. Devendra Tiwari, Sardar Surendra Singh Mudia, Sardar Gurvinder Singh, DP Gupta and Dharamveer Dhawan.
The leaders brainstormed on what could be the role of Sahakar Bharati in the coming times in Punjab.
It bears recall that Sahakar Bharati has spread to more than 400 districts in the country.
