Addressing the meeting of the officials of the cooperative department on Tuesday, Rajasthan State Cooperative Minister Udai Lal Anjana said the elections of around 7,000 Gram Seva Sahakari Samiti will be conducted by July this year.
The Minister said the elections for District Central Cooperative Banks and Apex Bank will follow soon after. He also directed the concerned officers for necessary preparations.
According to him, this time elections in village service cooperative societies will be conducted by implementing ward systems.
Besides, the Cooperation Minister directed officials to prepare an action plan to fill the vacant posts of administrators in Gram Seva Sahakari Samiti.
