DD channel is organizing a post budget conclave in Chennai on 28th February,2022, in which south Indian co-operator Nandini Azad is one of the speakers.
The conclave will see participation from the top leadership of the Union Government including Hon’ble Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Minister for Information & Broadcasting Shri. AnuragThakur, Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Dr.L.Murugan and renowned Economists, Economic Journalists, leaders from various sectors of industry, says DD in a press release.
Nandini would be participating in the discussion titled “Budget for Atma Nirbhar Bharat: Social Sector & Agricultural Reforms.” Moderator would be Subhendu Ghosh and other speakers include the name of Agnishwar Jayaprakash.
Mrs Azad and her mother Jaya Arunachalam are credited with igniting a huge co-op movement in the southern states leading to empowerment of downtrodden women.
