A delegation of people representing the district central cooperative banks and the government of Maharashtra would soon be meeting the RBI authorities to request the apex bank to lift the restrictions imposed by it on crop loan distribution in the state.
The cooperative minister of Maharashtra would be chef de delegation.
Maharashtra Chief Minister has already talked it over with the central government.
The cooperative circles are optimistic about the result of the meeting.
