Mrs. Apekshita Thipsay has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Cosmos Co-operative Bank for three years. CA Milind Kale, Chairman of the second largest urban co-op bank in the country, announced the news.
Mrs Thipsay has bagged the honor of being the first ever ‘Woman Managing Director’ in the history of Cosmos Bank. She is an M. Com and has done LLB, CAIIB with 32 years of experience with the Bank. She has worked across various departments gathering vast experiences in the process.
Since the last few years Mrs Thipsay has successfully led the Bank’s Credit Portfolio as Chief General Manager. She has been working as Joint Managing Director for the past few months.
