Maharashtra based Kamal Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha filled the vacant seat on its board during the Board meeting held on Tuesday.
The board unanimously nominated Praveen Jain as the director on the vacant seat. The seat was vacant from past few months when one of the directors resigned citing personal reasons.
Soon after the announcement of his (Praveen Jain) name, the founder chairman Girish Tulpule and other members greeted Jain with a bouquet.
Having 13 branches across in Raigad district, the society’s total business mix is about Rs 382 crore.
