A news outlet reports the MP Cabinet, among other things, recently authorized the Department of Cooperatives to initiate action to pass the Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Bill, 2021 by re-introducing it in the Legislative Assembly.
It is said the Shivraj Singh govt is resolved to streamline the legal structure for the development of the cooperative bodies in the state.
Sources say MP has recently witnessed several positive changes sweeping the cooperative movement.
