Ahmedabad Police have begun an investigation after several banks in the city including Abhyudaya Cooperative Bank sent seizures of fake currency worth Rs 6.7 lakh to them, reports Indian Express.
Police sources say an FIR was lodged against unknown persons under various sections of Indian Penal Code.
Investigation will go on said police sources.
