Alka Srivastava, a prominent woman co-operator from Madhya Pradesh felicitated Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar in Gwalior on the occasion of an event organized to boost the local industries through the participation of the youths.
Tomar who belongs to the state, spoke on the occasion encouraging youths to participate in the business activities and help boost the local economy.
Several prominent traders, businessmen and industrialists of the area called participated in the event. Due to its commercial activities Gwalior is also called mini-Bombay.
Alka Srivastava who is chairman of women UCB in the city, had also been on the board of NAFCUB in the past.
