Maharashtra based Naval Dockyard Cooperative Bank has given a donation of Rs 23.5 lakh towards the Chief Minister Relief fund on Tuesday in order to help state government fight against Covid-19.
The Cheque was handed over by the board of directors of the bank to Maharashtra’s Chief Secretary Sanjay Kumar.
The news was shared by the Maharashtra Information Centre through its official twitter handle.
They wrote, ” Assistance of Rs 23.5 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund from Naval Dockyard Co-operative Bank for the treatment of Corona patients. The bank officials today handed over the cheque to Chief Secretary Sanjay Kumar”.
