I am a member of the above society. I am interested in knowing if I can submit an online RTI application to get information on the complete list of members registered with the above society, and details of accounts submitted by them so far.

Every Member of the Society has a right to get certain documents (Paying copy cost). This right is specified in your Society bye laws which can be inspected free in the office of the Society.

My name is Deepika I took a loan in 2015 of rs 270000 against my fd of rs 300000 for 5 years from a t & c society where I am a member.
At the time of inception of loan I was told that as a member I can pay according to my flexibility without any stress. I will be levied with interest on monthly basis. For which I was convinced.
Now when I am asking for the detailed statement of my loan account and copy of agreement and form filled up at the time of loan inception the president of society is denying to provide me the same.
Even he has levied extra amount of rs 17000 apart from my loan principal and interest.
Society is not providing me any clarification for the same.
Even after making all payments clear they haven’t provided me NOC for clearance of my loan outstanding.
No one is attending my calls or responding to my calls.
Please guide what do I do as I am getting harassed due to this unprofessional attitude of this t & c society.
