The Rajasthan High Court stayed the order of the state registrar of cooperative societies and asked Cooperative Secretary, cooperative registrar and election authority to give reply in the matter of appointment of administrators in the co-op societies.
It bears recall that on 21st August, the state registrar of co-operative society had issued an order to appoint administrators in the co-op societies where the term of boards was over. Against the order, Bhim Singh had filed the petition.
Justice S P Sharma has given the interim stay while hearing the petition filed by Rajasthan based Bharatpur District Central Cooperative Bank Chairman Bhim Singh.
